Paul Prentice Paul Prentice, Ph.D. has over twenty-five years of experience in macroeconomic forecasting, policy analysis, and linkages to agriculture. Paul holds a B.A. in Mathematics and a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Connecticut. Dr. Prentice was Chief Macroeconomist for the Economic Research Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, during the Administration of President Reagan and has served as a Visiting Scholar at the U.S. Department of Treasury.

Besides managing his economic consulting business, Dr. Prentice teaches free-market economics to MBA students at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs (UCCS); and teaches a new undergraduate political science class at UCCS, "Free People, Free Markets: The Foundations of Liberty".
